• Order handling time is typically 1-2 business days for all shipments unless the item is on pre-order.

Delivery Estimates:

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed due to weather, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Occasionally, international orders to remote destinations can take up to 4 weeks or longer. For faster delivery, you can opt for express shipping.

Locations We don’t Ship To :​

Due to service limitations, we are unable to ship to the following locations:

US APO/FPO Addresses, Russia, Ukraine, and certain regions in the Middle East. Please check with us before placing your order if you’re unsure whether your location is affected.

We offer express shipping to most locations at a subsidised flat rate of $39, as detailed in our shipping chart. Express orders are shipped via airfreight from Hong Kong and usually arrive between 3-8 working days, depending on location.

A Quick Tip: If you’re in the US, EU, AU, or HK, express shipping isn’t really worth it for you—we’re already using speedy local couriers, so we can’t make it go any faster. You’re already in the fast lane!

We partner with trusty couriers like UPS, DHL, and Fedex to make sure your order arrives safe and sound. The courier handling your delivery will be specified in your shipping confirmation.

We ship from four global warehouses located in New York, Frankfurt, Sydney, and Hong Kong—whichever is closest to you—so you can get your stuffs faster!

We want your checkout experience to be as smooth as possible. That's why we automatically include a standard 10% consumer tax (such as VAT or GST) at checkout based on your shipping address. Just enter your shipping address, and our system will calculate the correct amount automatically - what you see is what you pay to us.

For international orders, please be aware that your local customs office may apply additional import duties or taxes. These fees vary by country and are beyond our control, so we’re not able to predict or include them at checkout. If any customs charges are applied when your package arrives, you’ll be responsible for paying them in order to receive your shipment.

While we can’t estimate these fees for every destination, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. And of course, if you have any questions about your order or delivery, our support team is always here to help.

Region-Specific Information:​

• Canada: A standard duty/tax rate of approximately 15.5% may apply.

• Brazil: A CPF number is required at checkout to process and ship your order. Please include it during purchase.

• India: Customs duties and taxes can be as high as 30% and will be collected by Indian customs authorities directly from the recipient at the time of clearance.

• Taiwan: An ID number and the receiver’s full name are required by customs for clearance. Be sure to provide this information when placing your order.

Recent U.S. government tariffs on imported goods have increased our costs dramatically-in some cases by over 200%. These are mandatory charges applied at import, and like all businesses in our position, we're required to comply.

For as long as possible, we absorbed these extra costs to shield you from price changes. But at this level, we've reached a point where modest adjustments are needed to continue providing the same quality products and service you expect from us.

Tracking Your Order

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can also access your tracking details by logging into your Simp Design account via our homepage or by chatting with our customer support located at the bottom left of your screen.

Tracking information may take time to update. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

For the most accurate delivery updates, we recommend contacting the courier directly, as we receive the same tracking information as you once the package is shipped.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@simp-design.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
