Simp Design creates thoughtfully designed travel and lifestyle gear, including backpacks, umbrellas, and accessories. Products are sold exclusively through our Site unless stated otherwise.

 

 

3. Orders and Payment

From the website www.simpdesign.com, Simp Design ships orders to most countries around the world.

To place an order, you must:

Simp Design may offer discount codes from time to time. These are:

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to most addresses around the world.

While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to customs, weather, or postal service disruptions—factors outside our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In original packaging with all tags attached

Return Process:

• Initiate the return via our Returns platform

• Ship the item within 14 days of receiving return approval

• Once Tropicfeel receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, Tropicfeel will proceed to refund all amounts paid by the User.

Refund/Exchange Options:

• Refund to the original payment method (7–21 business days)

• Store credit (issued within 7 business days)

• Exchange for another item (processed within 10 business days, subject to availability)

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a traceable courier service and requesting proof of delivery, as Simp Design is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

 

 

8. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, including:

• Defects in materials

• Defects in workmanship

• Manufacturing flaws

Coverage periods:

• Backpacks: 3 years

• Accessories: 1 year

• Limited Editions: As specified

How to claim:

• Submit proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and supporting photos via Warranty platform

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
